The dimensions are 24 1/2"w (19 1/2"Side) x 22"d x 40"h, seat is 19 1/2"w x 17 1/2"d, arm height 25", seat height 17 3/4", back height from seat 23 1/2". Made in solid Oak, Brown Maple, Cherry, QSW Oak, and Maple in a variety of stain choices. Shown in Brown Maple with a Specialty FPW0117 Bright White on frame and FC48015 Sandstone on seat.
