We ordered our dining room table (single pedestal) and when it came the pedestal wasn't supportive enough of the 48" round top (the top wobbled side to side). I called and Stone Barn sent out a couple of people to look at it. They agreed that it wasn't right and replaced not only the pedestal but the whole table including the leaves. We have never had such great customer service.

Bryan, On the 30th of January, 2009 we purchased a Flat Ridge Computer Desk, base only. Oak with a Cherry stain. You indicated it would take about three weeks to make and then you personally delivered the desk to us. We just want you to know how pleased we are with this desk and the quality of workmanship that was put into it. The finish is excellent. We will enjoy using this desk for years to come.
